I am tring to unisatll Backup Exec CPA version 13.0.420.3701 . Using Add/Remove program is anot working .

Is there a Symantec Clean Unistall tool for CPS ?

There is no uninstall tool, other than the normal setup.

But you can find a description how to remove BE manually here:
