Backup Exec LEO and Dell powervault 124T

Hi,
We have bought new hardware - Dell Powervault 124T Robotic Library with one LTO3 dirve and 16 Tape slots. We have Backup Exec 10.1d for Windows Servers with 1 Library Expansion Option (LEO) installed.
For my understanding this should be enough, but Backup Exec keep raising alerts about LEO violation. The exact message is: "This server is licensed to support 2 tape drives in robotic libraries. However, the number of tape drives currently in use exceeds the license. You must purchase additional Library Expansion Options, or disable 12 tape drives."
Does it mean that we should by LEO for each slot in robotic library?

We are using Latest Backup Exec drivers for this devise. The server is running under Windows 2000 professional.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

How many drives does the Library have? For every additional drive you will require a license. How many drives does your current license support ? Refer to the following technote for additional information:
