Backup Exec excluding files

We have a single Small Business Server with Veritas 10.0 Small Business Backup Exec. On the backup report, there are always about 50-75 files that are excluded. It appears they are Exchange database files, so I need them to get backed up. Any ideas how I can get this to work?
