Backup Skipped Files

My backup job started skipping these files:


Backup- C: Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\security\edb.log - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\security\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\security\Database\secedit.sdb - skipped.

Are these files important to backup?

These files are part of the system state backup and can be ignored
