Backup Speed / Job Rate

Is there any way to speed up the job rate for MS Exchange and file backups? Before upgrading to 10d, I was backing up my Exchange Database at approximately 300-400MB/min. Now it is running at the same speed (after upgrading to 10d) as my regular file backups --> 90-100MB/sec. Is there any way to increase the speed of backup of both Files and Exchange DB's? The servers are running on Gigabit Ethernet and have the Advanced File Options as well as the Exchange Option for the file server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Lucas!

The AOFO setting can account to the slow backup performance.

Also check if disabling your antivirus program while backing up Exchange brings any improvement in the backup performance?
