Backup exec 10 5522 hotfix on Windows Server 2003 causing problems

This is a windows server 2003 SP1 server that was upgraded from NT4.0. I installed Backup Exec and it was running. I applied hotfix 10, restarted, and the server took a long time to start up.

Now I can't connect remotely to the server either through Timbuktu or Remote Desktop, which I was able to do previous to the hotfix application.

The BE Job engine won't start neither will the BE Server Service. No errors reported.

Any ideas?

1) Try starting the services under LSA.

2) Run SGmon.exe whilst starting the BE Server service
Please paste the result of it here.

3) Does repair installation of BEWS help? Note: The hotfixes installed will all be reset.
