Backup exec Migration

Hi, We need to migrate our Backup exec 15 application from existing server to the new. Migration includes all catalogues, data and license files. Please advise steps to perform this. Below are the specs of servers

Existing Server

BE: Backup exec 15

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2

New Server

BE: Backup Exec 15

OS: Windows Server 2016

BE 15 does not support Server 2016. You need to upgrade to BE 16
