I have excluded the WBEM directory out of the back selection as suggested in the article http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/284155.htm but it hasn't helped, still continues to get the error.

Seems there is a general problem.

I noticed someone else on the forum having this problem that symantec fixed breifly with a database rebuild. The problem came back several days later.

We need some more action from Symantec....
