Backup job stops and is queued

Job stops before completion and is then queued. User cancels job to free up tape drive.

Errors:
The media operation was terminated by the user.
Error reading file data.
Error reading file data.
Media mount failed.
User cancelled physical volume library operation.

All services are running and other queued backups proceed normally after job cancellation.
