Backup scan

When I perform full or differential scan on 10 remote servers the Backup Scan takes very long to complete. During this weekend I cancelled it after 58 hours. The weekend before I had no problems with this. Please help.

Please elaborate on the issue and also explain your environment ..

Do you have CASO Server and MMS Server environment ?

Update us on the same and revert for any further Query

I have a HP Proliant Server with HP MSL6030 Ultrium 960 TL library.
Windows 2003 server standard edition SP1.

I also have a problem that might have something to do with this issue, when I try to run an Inventory on the same drive I get an error message 0xe000e005 Physical Library not found.

Please advise

Hi,

--Disable and delete the drives.

--Restart the BE Services.

--Right Click on individual Drive and run inventory.

--select all the slots which have tapes together and inventory.
