Backup to disk problems

I've created a new backup folder on one of my servers, which has plenty of space (400GB).

Everytime I run my backup job it fails at about 20GB - 27GB.

The error in the job log is:

OFO: Not enough disk space on device running OFO to create or increment the static volume.
To increase the minimum and maximum size, use the OFO Wizard on the Tools | Wizards menu.
Optimum settings for your system will vary.
OFO: Error during backup. Set has been canceled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
