Hi,
We have BackupExec 11.d which used to work successfully on Windows 2003 SP1. But ever since we upgraded to Service Pack2, the library is not seen in BackupExec though Windows Device manager sees the library and tape device.
There are events logged in event log
Event 1Backup Exec Alert: Device Error
(Server: "TSTSETSE-TCWRVS") Storage device configuration error.
Problems were encountered during the configuration of your storage devices. Please use the Windows Event Viewer to view the Application Log for more information.

Event 2ADAMM configuration warning.
The device driver may not be installed for device :
Identifier : SPECTRA 215 2204.
Type : MediumChangerPeripheral.

I can downgrade to Service Pack1 and see the library and tape device, but the library is not seen after Windows 2003 SP2 upgrade. I've tried downloading new drivers and running LiveUpdate too.
