Anyone with a solution to this problem to assist,i have installed backupexec 2010 on my server to backup exchange,i have also installed exchange management tools,created service account on AD and asigned it required rights but still when i create a new backup job i find all resources pan empty .this happens when services stops due to logg on error.when i re log in and re starts services ,the services runs ok but still all resources remains blank
anyone with an idea

Can you please check in network log on account how the account is added is that added using domain\username
Also ensure if the OS is win2008 r2 then for the account used by you you must give log on as batch job right
You can give that by going to local security policy in admin tool & then going to user right assignment & then look for log on as batch job & add backupexec user account

Make sure the backup exec serivce account have the following rights refer doc below

Ideally if the backup exec service account does not have the logon as batch job rights you get the issue with no selection list . give backup exec service account "logon as a batch job" and ran gpupdate /force.
