Backupexec hang Exchange server 2003

Hi
The Backupexec stop and the Exchange server 2003 hang. After I reboot the Exchange server, the backup continues with the other Servers.
Version 9.1 SP 4a (remote Agent update)
Windows server 2003 SP1 (No firewall)
Exchange 2003 SP2

Final error: 0xa0008488 - Access is denied

Verify the application event log and mention the related errors.

Are you getting any alerts during the backup job?

As the exchange servere hangs after launching the backup job, execute the same backup job uisng NTbackup to isolate the cause of the issue.

The backup-job waiting for exchange agent internely. No errors on exchange-server. I must restart the Exchangeserver.

The NTbackup run, but the translog files will not be resets:
