We’ve been experiencing few failed backups over the past couple of weeks. I’ll start off by posting some basic information, thanks for any help!
Veritas Version: 10.0 Rev. 5520
Installed Updates: SP3, Hot Fix 36
Errors:
Final error: 0xe00084ec - Error reading/writing data from/to the media.
Final error category: Backup Media Errors
Edit:
Added few more errors:
Event ID 11 - The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Tape0.
Event ID 15 - RSM cannot manage library Tape0. The database is corrupt.
