Hello. guys. I want to ask maybe a very simple question.smiley

Who knows how to use Bar code label pack? What diference between AOS and AOR labels.

I can't find any information about this.

Each tape library vendor has their own specific format for the barcode label.  Make sure that you use the correct format.  If in doubt, check with the vendor.

If you know the required format, you might want to make your own barcode labels.  See my article below

Hi,

 

Not sure what the difference is to be honest, but you'd simply slap the labels onto the tapes. From there, insert into the library and run a Scan (assuming your library/autoloader) has a barcode reader. It's a faster way to check what tapes are in a library.
