The current version of Backup Exec has Backup Exec has IDR (Inteligent Disater Recovery)  but this can require multiple restore passes if databases are involved and also has some limitations with dissimilar hardware and how the System State is recoverd. so is not really Bare Metal Recovery.

You should probably look at Symantec System Recovery (a different forum) or perhaps the features of NetBackup (also a different forum) for something more appropriate to the term "Bare Metal Recovery"

Dear Colin

can i do this inside the backup exec 2010 R2 when i make the file restore  or i need to download some SW like Symantec System Recovery and if i can do this i must have any licenses required for that.

Thanks

IDR is part of the Backup Exec product but may not meet your requirements. The other 2 are separate products that require their own licensing.
