Can I Upgrade My 10.0 REV 5520 Backupexec to 12.5?

Hello All !

I wanted to know if i can Upgrade My 10.0 REV 5520 Backupexec to 12.5?
I also have an Exchange 2003 Agent so can i upgrade it also?

We are Bulding a 32Bit 2008 Backup Server in order
To Backup 64Bit servers.
Could this thing work or we need special agents?

Not directly, but you could upgrade to v11d in demo mode (no serial) then upgrade that to v12.x
