Can´t backup Exchange mailboxes

Hello everyone!
I've got a problem when I try to backup exchange mailboxes with Veritas 8.6.
I have exchange agent instaled on Media server and I have created the specific mailbox for Veritas. When I select Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes on the Remote server on Remote selections and then try to run the job, it does the following:
-Job status becomes "Running"
-after 2 seconds goes to "On Hold"
-Then after another 2 seconds it creates another log with job status "Failed"
Can you help me please?
I don't have any clue about what can be the problem.

Have you assigned Admin rights within exchange to the Backup Exec mail account?
