Can't use the Server console

[backup_exce]

I have installation the Backup Exec 11d on Windows 2003 Server and Remote Console on my desktop,

But when i install the remote console, I can't use the backup console on windows server

In the Server have the following event:

Faulting application BkupExec.exe, version 11.0.7170.0, faulting module bemsdk.dll, version 11.0.7170.0, fault address 0x00020ca0. 

Please help
