Cannot install Remote agent ...

One of my Win7 Workstations fail to install the remote agent.

It does not install by push-install from the BE Server (BE2010R3, all updates applied) and also it does not install after copying the files to a local folder on the Win7-machine

Trying to install locally, I see only the empty progress bars, but it never finishes, so I don#T get any error messages.

Any errors in the eventlog during installation of the Remote Agent ?

Did you already restart the server/workstation, just to be sure ?

Hello,

You might need to establish a trust with the remote machine.  see if this document helps  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH156427

Copy the remote agent over to the remote and try a manual install.  Run the installation as an Administrator.
