DLO agent shuts down as soon as it starts copying files to network

HI, I am not able to successfully deploy DLO agent. DLO agent works fine till it copies files to the local disk. when it starts copying file to network it simply quits copyng. I have to rerun the agant but same thing happens over and over again. it happens mostly when it is moving pst file. I have tried disabling the antivirus that I use. (symantec corp edt)

Am I the first one facing this issue? Please respond..... my dlo is completely non functional due to this. I have not been able to take backups of desktop for few weeks now...
