Hi Backup Exec experts,
I'm in the process of restoring 20+ year-old data backed up with Veritas Backup Exec Desktop v4.6.1, which in the early 2000's was a downloadable technical update to my licensed boxed 4.5 version. (This was probably released not that long after the product was acquired from Symantec.)
I have been unable to find the download file for this update installer, which appears to be needed to restore my data successfully. However, a screenshot (attached) I took from the Symantec support site in 2019 reveals that the filename I'm looking for is:
bd461u_b45i_239467.EXE
If anyone has this file or can point me to an official archive or download site where I can retrieve it, I'd greatly appreciate it.
