Error: e0008214 - Library error - source location is empty

I get an error "e0008214 - Library error - source location is empty" running inventory job or backups.

Tried also to clean device and mount/dismount tapes, but the result is the same.

Any idea or suggestions ?

This error may occur if the library is wrongly configured.

Kindly check your library configuration.

Not sure about a software problem, check your hardware (Library and tape driver).

There was a fault in tape library, changed the hardware and probled solved.
