Hope some one would help me with the above error. I am getting this error when I try to perform a restore job. The error is linked to a Symantec knowledge base document (V-79-65535-34028) but it says document could not be found. Strange!
Have any one come across this error?

I have tried cleaning the tape drive using a cleaning tape. I am planning to do a backup job tonight. Let me see if I get any errors.
