Error message- Invalid Physical Volume Library Argument, a0008101 (HEX)

scene: I use Backup Exec 9 , windows server 2000, I've installed the Newest Veritas driver. Changed my back up tape to HP StorageWorks VS160 (DLT),

Problem: Upon clicking on the properties or Backup from VERITAS 9, I get the message:
"Invalid Physical Volume Library Argument", with the code a0008101 (HEX).

- I have tried most of the fixes here in the forum
- The Storageworks diagnostics see the drive and it passes all of the diags.
- Adaptec Ultra160 card in use.
- All drivers have been tested (HP, Bills,Veritas)
- Changed the SCSI ID of the device.
- http://support.veritas.com/docs/265180- Did Not Help.
- Reinstalled the software
- Works with Windows Backup.

Does anyone have a solution or has encountered this error and solved it?!).
