Errors trying to view log file

Been having problems lately, my jobs have been 'failing'. When I go to look at the log though I cannot read it - I get an error:

Load XML failed. Reason: A. Error on line 2884877, position 102 in "f".
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Data\BEX00295.xml

Anything I can do? I've also noticed that the log file for each job has reached 670MB in size, making it difficult to open in anything else. Why is the log so large?

I'm not sure why the logs are so big though. In the "Job Logs" setting (in the options menu) what information do you include in your logs? Set it to Summary information only.
