Exch 2003 SP2 info store restore-Remote agent svc stops, restore fails too!

Server 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2, Backup Exec 11D
Exchange 2003 Enterprise version SP2 w/ BE11d hotfix 6 & 9 (i have also tried this with the other two hotfixes available)
I am testing an Exchange 2003 disaster recovery scenario where you setup a new server exactly configured like your original server and restore the information stores.
I have setup the server, BE11d, Exchange 2003 /disasterrecovery and restored one of three information stores correctly - First Storage group including Public Folder store. I am able to mount First Storage group stores and login to retrieve mail. When I attempt to restore the other two Information Stores, I get the following error message and Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems service fails exactly when the restore job fails. I am able to delete and restore First Storage group Information Store as many times as I'd like from whatever tape I'd like, but the other two information stores stop from 1GB to 4GB into restore and displays the message mentioned above.

I also get the following application log message from the time I start the restore rocess, every minute or so, until the job fails:

Have you found the solution to this problem? I seem to be having it too.
