It's not working with Exchange 2007 ? I just asked a sales rep yesterday about this and said to me it was working fine with exchange 2007 ???

Sorry but that sales rep is tottaly aware of the real true. It is not supported yet.
And in the CAP program was released a preview of the Exchange 2007 agent.

I just want to know when will be public and final.

I want to know that too, I've got a new Exchange 2007 system up and running but I can't go live until I can back it up properly :(

I was told that I needed to upgrade from 10d to 11 to get support for Exchange 2007 (and had to buy all new licenses since we didn't had maintenance subscr.)...
I upgraded - only to find out that Exchange 2007 still wasn't supported.
"They" told me that it would be supported in 1.q 2007.. (In me book 1.q is pretty much over soon) :) - so let's se maybe Symantec for once will deliver as promised.

Oh - and one "nice" side effect by upgrading to version 11: None of my backups have run succesfully since the upgrade.
