Exchange Mailbox Backup Error - Backing up ghost mailbox

Hello,

I have recently noticed that our backup job for backing up exchange mailboxes is hanging on a particular user.

Background info:

We have an exchange cluster 2003 setup (3active, 1 passive) running on windows 2003 servers.

Recently some mailboxes have been moved over from one virtual server i.e. mailserver1 to mailserver2. Since this change veritas is still trying to backup these user accounts in the old virtual server location and hanging.

I have checked in AD to see if they are pointing to the correct new virtual server exchange mailbox store and they all do.

Any help would be appreciated
