Exchange Mailbox Backup is Slow, Any suggestions

When backing up our Exchange Server (remotely) we only achieve 150mps when backing up the Mailboxes.

In the Tools-Options I did not enable 'Legacy Support'. I did enable 'Enable Restore Individual Mailboxes'.

Backing up the Store I can achieve 1-2000mbs (if that seem possible).

When I purchased the upgrade from 10-11 it was mentioned that I would be able to backup the Exchange Store much more quickly. Currently I do not see any change.

Any thoughts?
