Exchange mailbox help

ever since 4/1/2006 I cannot backup mailboxes with BE 10.0 v5520sp1
nothing has changed on email server since 3/15 (backups were working then)
nothing has changed on account log ins
I have tried creating a new login admin account,
i have tried other administrator accts no luck

I can backup the entire mailbox store but cannot go brick level

I would like to know about following things in this context:

1) If Backup Exec and Exchange are running on the same Server?

2) Do you have mailbox created for the Backup Exec Service Account?

3)Is this mailbox hidden?

4)Are you logged in using Backup Exec Service Account.

5)Do you get any error message while doing this?

6) Which is the version of Exchange?
