Failed to Install SP4

I attempted to install SP4 last night for BE 10d rev 5629 and it failed. We attempted 4 times, even after a reboot. Does anyone know of a log file that it might have created to indicate why it failed?

The Bakup Exec install log is C:\Windows\bkupinst.log.
