Failed to get list of reports

Hi all,

 

I have the following product in my Enterprise Symantec BackupExec Desktop and Laptop option 2010 R3.

We have the following problem;

When I Click, the following message appears after starting the loading agent.

"Failed to get list of reports

 Could not start the Backup Exec DLO Administration Service. Please check to make sure it is running."

Hi Roberto,

 

Is that service started up? If not, try starting it and see what it gives you.

Also make sure you're using a local service account for the DLO account as per the best practices below:

Thanks for your reply.

In the current server, we use an account with administrative privileges as see the picture below.

Are there any services not listed that I can check? is correct, I use some services with the Local System account and the other with the administrative account?

Can you stop and start all the BE services, including the SQL service?

Also, run a repair of the BEDB using BEutility. Sometimes it gets corrupted (either a bit, or totally), and this will fix a number of issues that can be experienced.
