First Storage Group database missing after IDR

I installed backup exec on Windows 2003 server with exchange 2003. I discover that the information store and public folder database were missing after I done the IDR process. How can I restore it?

IDR cannot restore Exchange databases that have been backed up whilst online ie. with the Exchange agent.

Once the IDR is done and the server is up and running, you can then run through a normal Exchange mailbox and public folder store restore.

Hi,

Thank you for your information. However, I just found Exchange 2000 in shortcut list. Is procedure same as Exchange 2003?
Moreover, Exchange database need to restore after IDR. That's mean I only can restore data which up to sceond last backup, is it right?
