HP StorageWorks 1/8 Autoloader.

Hello,

I have just installed a new HP StorageWorks 1/8 Autoloader and though Backup Exec 11d sees the drive and Imports with no issues, every job I try after that just sits in the scheduled list. If I try and run the job, nothing happens.

I have a Windows 2003 Service Pack 2 built Server.

I downloaded drivers from the HP Website, as though I had this limited functionality in Backup Exec, Device Manager was looking for the device driver.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin,

Do you have Removable Storage stopped and Disabled?

Symantec recommends installing their drivers.
