HPE 1/8 G2 LTO8 30750 Autoloader is unsupported

Hi!

I've just installed new server (windows 2016) and VBE 16 on it.

I've connected HPE 1/8 G2 SAS Tape Autoloader (30750) to this new server.

In HCL this tape drive is mentioned as fully supported, but my VBE server says, that it is not. This Tape drive is unsupported. What am i doing wrong?

P.S. The lates driver for this tape is installed.

Version of VBE is 16.0 rev. 1142 (64bit)

Where, or how, is Backup Exec saying that this device is unsupported?

I would suggest using the Microsoft drivers, not the HPE drivers for the tape drive and robotic library.

Larry, you  are quite right, problem is шт the dirver, but not for library itself, for HBA adapter. Aftet updateting this and rebooting the server.
