Please help me, i can't make a succesfull backup because of this error tfle_programmer_error1

I already update the scsi driver and tape loader driver. Any suggestion or solution is highly appriciated.

What is the version of BE that you are using and what is the make and model of the tape drive and its interface?

Compaq SDLT 100/220 GB - Tape drive loader.

Tape use in backup -Sony

You should upgrade your BE as 9.0 is very old and end-of-life.

If there is a diagnostic utility for the tape drive, you should run it to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
