Howto take Sharepoint Backup (Solved - no GRT Restore, even with BE 20.2)

How can i take SharePoint 2016 Backups with BE 20.1 Gold Edition?

I tried to add the agent to the farm, this is not working.
So i added the agent to the SHP Server.

But i can`t see the Sharepoint Resources?

Can anyone help?

Currently SharePoint 2016 is not supported by Backup Exec 20.1

 Time to change ...

I have been waiting long enough with the SharePoint 2016 rollout.

SharePoint 2019 has been anounced and Veritas still has no backup solution for BE20.1.
SharePoint 2016 has been in the market for about 2 years now.

Can anyone recommend a better product than Backup Exec 20.1 ?

20.2 will have support for SharePoint 2016.  It will hopefully be released soon.

Please check VEMS Portal (but i think it´s a fake release from Veritas to diss a customer...)

Finaly, after a lot of Problems and with a new Windows 2016 installation BE 20.2 is running.

Backup of SharePoint 2016 is working, but useless.
 
After SharePoint 2016 has been released in March 2016,
Veritas is still not able to offer GRT Restore for SharePoint 2016 in BE 20.2.
 
It´s a evidence of incapacity for Veritas to take 2 years and no GRT Restore.
