Hyper-V and GRT problems

Hello We want to backup our Virtual Machines with the GRT option. The agent is installed on every virtual machine, also on the host system. But the Backup has one exception:" V-79-57344-38721 - Failed to mount one or more disk images:" The debug.log on the media server shows following error: Error mounting disk(s): E_IMG_FS_FAILED_TO_MOUNT_VIRTUAL_DISK (0xe0009741) Media Server is Windows 2008R2 , BE 2010 Hope anyone could help

Thank you for the quick response. I think the problem is solved.
Backup Exec don't support dynamic disks, and i have many of them :(
So i must find a way to convert the disks or whatever.
