I can't add remote agent to Win2000 server

I've BackupExec 10d installed on Windows 2000 SP1 and I need to install the remote agent into a Windows 2000 SP1.

I know administrator login and password on destination system, but it is Active Directory server from a different domain.

I tried to connect from my BE server to system I want to backup but I can't. Do you know whether I should do anything on windows settings in order to grant access to system from my BE server?

Is there a two way trust between the domains?

Have you tried a local install on the remote computer?
