IDR LANGUAGE NOT MATCH

Hi,
I` ve installed BE 9.1 for WND with IDR and the latest patch in a Windows 2000 Server SP4 and a remote windows 2000 server SP4 with the Remote agent.
When I try to run the IDR wizard to make the set of disk of the remote machine I`ve an error messages "The language seen on the CD does not match \\\".
Both servers have English (United States) configuration in the Reginal Settings and Language Keyboard, but the problem continues.

Do you have any information about?

This error occurs when the language from the OS is different from the installed language of Backup Exec.

To resolve this perform the following:

1. Open "Control Panel"
2. Open "Regional Settings" (Regional Options for Windows 2000)
3. Change the language to match that of Backup Exec.
