IDR creation error

During creating IDR by using IDR wizard, i have encountred the following error:

Error opening "\\server name\C$\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\IDR\DISK4\drmtable"
The system cannot find the file specified.

i tried the registry solution such checking path but the problem still.
please help me with another solution other than registry ASAP,

The Disk4 contains the drivers and it has been observed that, this issue can be resolved by updating the drivers. Download and install the latest drivers from following link:

http://support.veritas.com/docs/272474

Then try creating IDR media and verify the result.
