One of my clients encountered an error in restoring Exchange Server using BEWS 11d IDR. We succesfully restored the System State of the exchange server but was unable to mount the Mailbox Store. We tried to mount the mailbox store but failed. It prompts with this error message "An internatl processing error has occurred. Try restarting the Exchange system Manager of the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service, or both. Examine the application log for events related to this error. The description fields of these events will contain specific error codes and may contain links to Microsoft Knowledebase articles on troubleshooting this problem.

We did try to install to a different server but failed When we tried doing fullbackyp When we tried doing full navkup of the Exchange Server (with Exchange Services stopped), we were able to restore to the the system, and then manually restoring the Exchange Database.
Is there anyone here knows the workaround on the said issues.
