Incremental backups fail with 00000000 HEX and no details

I upgraded to 9.1 since I was hoping that would solve the issue.

I'm trying to figure out why our incremental backups are failing. The Full backups are completing just fine. When I look at the error it doesn't give me any details.

Hello,

Have you also updated the remote agents after the upgrade to 9.1? Also, please create a new selections list and a new backup job. Are you trying to backup any databases? Test a small incremental backup to a backup to disk and check out the results!
