Installing Oracle Agent to a REMOTE machine

Can anyone help..I am told that an Oracle Agent can be pushed to a remote machine but I cannot find a way of doing this. I have searched the KB but cannot find anything specific to installing the Oracle Agent on a REMOTE machine, only a LOCAL install. Can anyone please point me in the right direction? THANKS
