Istallation of Service PACK 4

I'm trying to install service pack 4 on backup 10.0. I get into the installation and a message prompts me saying please browse to an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package, Veritas backup Exec for Windows.msi in box below. I have no idea where this msi file is. Any help please reply.

Basically it is trying to refer back to the destination from where you installed Backup Exec. Have the Backup Exec install files been deleted? Did you install from CD? If so you will most likely have to put the install files back to the original path. Hope this helps.

Kindly update. Also let us know how you are trying to install the SP4...using CD or Downloaded installable file from the site.
