Job Engine repeatedly fails

With the following error...

Faulting application bengine.exe, version 10.0.5484.0, faulting module catupgrade.dll, version 10.0.5484.0, fault address 0x00000032.

Sometimes it works, other times it crashes. Any suggestions? :)

Could you elaborate on the Issue?
- When does the Job Engine actually Crash?
- What Events do you get in the Event Logs?
- What is the error when you try starting it manually?

We installed BE SP1 which sorted things out.
