Job Setup Help with 3 Removable Drives

I have a customer with Veratis 10 D and he has 3 - USB 2 300gig drives which they are in rotation daily. They would like to setup Veratis to backup to update the removable drives with all the updated information.
All drives need full set of backup information on each.
 
Ex: Drive 1 has a full backup, with monday information on it so on Tuesday night we want to updated the backup with the updated information from Tuesday and back.
 
Ex 2: Drive 2 - Has some information from the last week, but we need all the recent information on it
 
 Which setting in the Backup job would be best for this scenario? Full Backup? Incremental?
 
Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds unnecessarily complicated to me! Why not:
  • Monday, use drive 1, perform a full backup on to it
  • Tuesday, use drive 2, perform a full backup on to it
  • Wednesday, use drive 1, perform a full backup on to it
  • Thursday, use drive 2, perform a full backup on to it
  • Friday, use drive 3, perform a full backup on to it
That way your jobs are very simple to set up, there's the same drive usage pattern every week (easier for customers), you have at least 2 backups you can go back to, and you can go back up to a week The simpler you keep it, the less there is to go wrong, particularly if you are configuring it for a customer.
