Jobs Scheduled for the 31st don't run and are rescheduled for the 1st

We are running Backup Exec 9.1 w/ no service packs. We have multipule backups scheduled for daily backup using the "Days of the Month" scheduling option w/ "Last" selected. Every month that contains the 31st after the jobs run on the 30th they are rescheduled for the 1st. I have to delete all of the jobs and recreate them. I looked through the hotfixes and did not see any that address this issue.
I am going to change a few of the jobs using "Week Days" instead of "Days of the month" to see if that helps.

Hello,

When you schedule it on the last day of the month, go to the calender view and verify which dates are the backups being scheduled on.
Revert with the results.
